1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StorFind (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. In these Terms, "Stortech," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Stortech, Inc., the legal entity that owns and operates the Platform. "StorFind" refers to the StorFind product, website, and related services offered by Stortech, Inc.

2. Description of Services

StorFind, a product of Stortech, Inc., provides:

• Directory Listings: Aggregated business information about self-storage facilities from public sources
• Premium Listings: Verified facility listings with real-time availability and instant booking
• Search and Comparison: Tools to compare storage facilities by location, price, and amenities
• Booking Services: Online reservation system for premium facilities

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Stortech, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated listing information
• We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, misrepresentations, fraud, or breaches of any facility, user, payment processor, or other third party
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, pricing, or performance of storage facilities listed on the Platform
• We do not guarantee the availability of any storage unit, facility, rate, promotion, or booking outcome
• We are not a party to agreements between users and storage facilities
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption
• Any claim or cause of action relating to the Platform must be brought within one year after it arises, unless a longer period is required by applicable law
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to Stortech, Inc. in the 12 months preceding the claim

5. Business Owner Rights - Opt-Out Process

If you are a business owner and wish to claim, update, or remove your directory listing:

• Claim Your Listing: Visit storfind.com/en/list-facility to verify ownership and upgrade to a premium listing
• Request Removal: Email directory@storfind.com with your business name and address
• Update Information: Contact us to request corrections to your directory listing
• Response Time: We respond to removal or correction requests within 10 business days. Removals are processed within 5 business days of verification.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's functionality or security
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Post defamatory, abusive, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Platform
• Bypass access controls or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools except as expressly authorized in writing
• Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content
• Infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights of any person or entity

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of StorFind is subject to our Privacy Policy at storfind.com/en/privacy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with PIPEDA and Québec's Law 25.

10. Third-Party Services

Stortech, Inc. uses third-party services to operate StorFind, including:

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Stortech, Inc. is not responsible for third-party services, does not control their availability, and does not endorse third-party content, products, or services.

• Google Maps API for location services
• Payment processors for transactions
• Analytics providers for platform improvement

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, including to address legal, security, product, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated by one or more of the following:

• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent notice on the Platform
• Updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent

12. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice and without liability, for:

Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and intellectual property provisions.

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Suspected unauthorized access, security risks, or misuse of the Platform
• Operational or business reasons, including discontinuation of part or all of the Platform

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stortech, Inc., its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Stortech, Inc. reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of such claims.

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Platform
• Any dispute, claim, chargeback, refund request, or regulatory complaint between you and a facility or other third party arising from your use of the Platform

The parties have expressly requested that this agreement and all related documents be drafted in English. Les parties aux présentes ont expressément demandé que la présente convention ainsi que tous les documents qui s'y rattachent soient rédigés en anglais.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19. Force Majeure

Stortech, Inc. is not liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, public utility failures, telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, governmental action, or failures of third-party providers.

20. Entire Agreement and Assignment

These Terms, together with any policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stortech, Inc. regarding the Platform and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Stortech, Inc. may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
